BOVIRELIEF-FM INJECTION

Composition

Each ml. contains

• Flunixin Meglumine                            USP                     83mg

(Equivalent to 50 mf Flunixin)

• Water for Injection                             IP                          qs

Indications

Cattle, Sheep, Goat, Pigs :

• To Control inflammation & pyrexia associated with Mastitis, Pneumonia & endotoxemia [Septicemia]

Horse

• For alleviation of inflammation & pain associated with musculoskeletal disorders.
• Control of visceral pain associated with colic.

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION

Cattle, Sheep, Goat :-

 1-2 ml per 45 kg B.wt (1.1 to 2.2 mg / kg B.wt.) given by IM or IV injection upto 3 to 5 days.

Horse :-

1 ml per 45 kg B.wt (1.1 mg /B.wt) given by IM or IV injection upto 3 to 5 days.

Dogs

0.5 – 2.2 mg / kg I.V once.

For surgical pain, 1mg /kg IV ,SC or IM once , subsequents doses 1 mg / kg

Cats  :-

1 mg / kg IV every 24 hrs.

Camels :-

 1.1– 2.2 mg/ kg by slow IV or IM every 24 hrs. for 3 to 5 days.

Pig :-

 1-2 mg / kg SC or IV daily.

 2.2 mg / kg IM at 12 hrs interval (2inj only) for the treatment of MMA syndrome.
