Return Policy

To ensure a smooth and seamless ordering experience at Vexter Healthcare, we’ve made the refund and cancellation policy much simpler.

Unused Product

You can return all the unused products within 2 days of delivery. Please ensure that the product is untampered with the seals, boxing, and other packaging material still intact. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. Reverse pick-up charges will be applicable (as per the geographical locations).

Damaged Product / Missing Items / Incorrect Order

If your order was delivered with damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share the unboxing video and images of the packaging & products at  call us on 9215601114  within those 48 hours. Upon investigation, we will arrange replacement of product . Replacements are subject to the product availability. Vexter Healthcare  reserves the right to make policy decisions in such cases.

Cancellation Policy

In order to confirm cancellation of item(s) in your order before it is dispatched, kindly indicate your refund preference.
Back to Source – In this case, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction. Once you have requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order, Vexter Healthcare will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund, depending on your preference.
